What was impact of this?

How to gain support for your idea with single word?
It happens to all of us: you have this great idea, that would help your organization move forward
Make extra profit
Work more efficiently
Get that contract signed
But then unthinkable happens. Your idea gets stuck in the organization because you can’t get the buy-in of your boss and other stakeholders
Here is one tip to move you and your organization forward. The tip is about how to phrase your opening question…I’ll give you two options
Which question would you ask?
Can you give me your opinion?
Can you give me your advice?
The wise thing to do: Ask for advice. Here is why, The word ‘opinion’ psychologically pushes your boss away from you and asks her or him to be critical,
Whereas the word ‘advice’ asks your boss to step in and become your partner in forging the idea.
If you ask for an opinion, you get a critic
If you ask for advice, you get a partner
So, remember, Ask for advice, not opinions”
How contrast used to persuade
A client of mine had a problem: getting approval for a new softwae system. The required sum of 11 Lakhs was well over budget. To win approval, she invoked the contrast principle.
She contrasted the 500% to 800% performance improvement the new system offered over the old software, which had cost 35 lakhs.
Her proposal was approved.
● What is that decision trigger you are using to persuade ethically others?
Finally, Your wish is our command
Your feedback helps us create better emails for you!

This time, it’s Agentic AI—autonomous AI agents capable of executing full workflows, not just isolated tasks. Think: – Making prospecting calls – Following up on leads – Booking meetings – Handling objections – And even reporting back with insights All done without human micro-management. But here’s the truth no one is saying loud enough:...
Hi Reader, Ever feel like sales just happen when a client's got a fire to put out? You're right. Urgency is a massive sales driver. Think about it. Selling a solution to someone with an immediate, pressing problem is like treating a heart attack. You don't need to convince them they're sick; they already know it! Focusing on these "urgent" clients can seriously boost your conversion rates. You don't need to much. 9/10 clients who have urgent problem will end up buying solution and all you...
Most people don’t fail or succeed as they desire at selling because they lack technique. They fail because they’re fighting themselves. You build incredible products, deliver transformative services, and engineer elegant solutions. But when it comes to selling that brilliance, do you hit an invisible wall? It's rarely about a lack of technique or a flawed pitch. Most often, the biggest barrier to scaling your impact and revenue isn't external. It's internal resistance. Think about it: If you...
